DAB centenary celebrations has commenced!

The Sri Lanka Girl Guides Association's Differently Abled Branch commenced their centenary celebrations today in Kandy by participating in multi-religious ceremonies.
The religious observances were attended by Guides from Kandy Girls' High School, as well as 200 Differently Abled Girl Guides from Blue Rose Special School and Training Centre, K/Senkadagala School of the Deaf and Blind, Dodamwala, Hillwood College in Kandy, and Sahanaya. The general public also attended this event. The religious festivities began at Sri Dalada Maligawa, continued at St. Paul's Church, Pillaiyar Kovil, and ended at Kandy's Jummah mosque. Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, and Islamic religious leaders bestowed blessings on the participants and the Association.
